Survey responses and, if you choose to provide them, your name, business name, phone number, email, suburb and preferred contact method. Our hosting service may also process basic technical information such as request timing and security errors.

How we use it

Your responses are used only to understand the needs of local businesses and develop Nearwi. Contact details are available only to authorised Nearwi team members, with your consent, for research follow-up or pilot coordination.

This website does not use advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

Retention and security

Submitted information is held in protected cloud infrastructure with restricted access and is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Contact details are kept only as long as needed for research follow-up and pilot coordination, up to a maximum of 90 days, and are then removed from the active database. De-identified survey responses may be retained to help improve Nearwi.

Access, correction and deletion

To access or correct your information, or request earlier deletion, use our Contact page or message @nearwi.app. Once verified, contact details are removed from the active database.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
